He is completing his master's in real estate development at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, and his work centers on translating messy county-level property data into acquisition decisions that hold up under diligence.

His background spans private equity, commercial lending, and real estate development, with a focus on land acquisition and partnership structuring. That practitioner view shapes the systems he designs: Land Pirate, Surplus Wizard, Partition Cowboy, and Bankruptcy Bigshot each automate a workflow he has run by hand.
